By creating a BNDRY account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BNDRY. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
BNDRY provides automated away-status messaging — sending SMS, email, and call responses on your behalf when you are unavailable. You are responsible for the content of your auto-reply messages and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
By using BNDRY's SMS features, you agree to receive automated SMS messages sent on your behalf to contacts who message you first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of receiving automated BNDRY SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or visit bndry.online. For support email support@bndry.online.
You may not use BNDRY to: (1) send spam or unsolicited messages; (2) harass, threaten, or harm others; (3) impersonate another person or entity; (4) violate any law or regulation, including telemarketing laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM); (5) send automated messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
BNDRY is designed for professional away-status replies to people who have already initiated contact with you. It is not a mass-messaging or marketing platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
BNDRY is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for: missed messages, failed deliveries, carrier filtering, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
